Replacement Eligibility Criteria

  • Clear photographic or video evidence of the issue must be provided.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, unused and in resalable condition (if requested).

Non-Eligible Items

We are unable to offer replacements for:

  • Items that have been installed, or tampered with.

  • Electrical or electronic components once opened.

  • Customized or special-order items.

  • Products returned without original packaging, labels, or accessories.

Replacement Process

    3. Return Instructions (if applicable)

    4. Dispatch of Replacement
      Once your return is received and verified (if applicable), a replacement will be shipped within 3–5 business days. Shipping charges may apply depending on the nature of the issue.

      Important Information

      • We do not issue refunds under any circumstances.

      • Replacements are issued for the same product originally ordered.

      • Claims submitted after 7 days from delivery may not be honored.
